We think a lot about what ceramics mean to us and that it is not always easy to tell: the slow process, the manual work, the inaccuracy of the glaze, the nerves of the kiln, the waiting… and that the result of all this is beautiful, despite being very fragile. So we decided to look for someone who understood about the expiration of things and the passage of time, and we asked him to interpret our world from his. The result is these beautiful photos that Alberto Galvache has made of our things in even more fragile environments and that show one of our most important motivations: To do very beautiful and delicate things, but with the intention of remaining forever.
